Yes. We offer reprints of your documents and you can have them framed if you want. Please use of Contact Us Page and we will be glad to help you.

Can I get a Gift Card with my order?

Yes. With each gift package you purchase, you can give us a special gift message. We will print your message on an attractive gift card and include it with your gift.

Can I order by Phone or Mail?

Currently, we are only accepting orders online.

Can I pay by check?

No, we do not accept checks at this time.

Can I pay using my credit card?

Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Can I pay using my PayPal or other online banking?

Yes you can! On the final payment page select PayPal for your payment, then just follow the instructions to use PayPal.

Can I return the product?

Yes. We want you to appreciate our products and if you are not happy, then we are not happy. Please go to our Returns Page and Refund Page for details.

Can you ship my package overseas?

Yes. I Made A Movie can ship packages worldwide. International shipping rates are automatically calculated in your shopping cart.

Can you ship to a gift address?

Yes. We can ship your package where you specify. During the ordering process, you will be able to enter a shipping address that is different than your billing address.

Do you have other products?

Yes. We will offer a variety of other products. Please go to our shopping cart to view our complete product line.

Does I Made A Movie accept scripts and screenplays?

No, I Made A Movie does not accept scripts and screenplays.

Does I Made A Movie charge for the gift card?

No. It is free.

Does I Made A Movie’s gift package make a great gift?

The I Made A Movie product is unique and novel. No one that we know of offers a product like it. If the person you are buying a gift for loves movies then they will love our products as a gift.

How can I order an I Made A Movie product?

There is only one way you can order our product and that is online. I Made A Movie products are not available in any retail store. They are exclusively sold through this website. Please go to our Homepage to start the ordering process.

How do I sign up for the I Made A Movie community?

Free membership is allowed to anyone by clicking on the link HERE. To visit the "Membership Only" exclusive areas of the community you must purchase a movie package. Upon successful completion of the check out process you will receive your Producer's Lounge username and password for entry into the "Member's Only" section.

How long does it take for a package to arrive?

We usually deliver packages in the continental US in 3-5 business days. We have premium shipping services if you would like to receive your package by the 2nd day. Please see our Shipping Policy Page for more details.

How many movie choices does the customer usually have?

I Made A Movie usually offers 4 movie choices. The choices are different genres and have various ratings. We try to give the customer a variety yet not have too many movie choices because we want to work closely with the filmmakers.

I am a filmmaker. Who do I contact?

Please use the Contact Us page. Your message will be routed to the correct person at I Made A Movie. Please be patient as we receive many requests.

I didn't receive an order confirmation. Why not?

We attempt to send two order confirmations to the email address you provided when you placed the order. If that address that you entered is not valid or if it was incorrectly entered, your confirmation may not be received. Please Contact Us if you have not received an order confirmation.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation yo my @edu email

We occasionally have problems sending emails to addresses ending in .edu. We attempt to send two email confirmations to the address you provide when you place the order. We have no control over the email servers you specify.

I would like to track my order, is this possible?

Yes, Order Tracking is possible. Please go to the USPS Site and enter your tracking number. This number was provided by I Made A Movie in your order confirmation email.

Is the I Made A Movie site and the ordering of a product safe and secure?

Yes, our site and credit card ordering process is very secure and safe. The site uses the most recent Internet encryption. Please see our Security Page and Safe Shopping Guarantee for complete details.

My package was damaged. Can it be replaced?

Yes. If your package was damaged during the original shipment, we will send a replacement package at no charge.

What does the S/H S & H mean?

S/H and S & H is shorthand for Shipping and Handling.

What is the I Made A Movie Greenlight Guarantee?

It is our guarantee to you that if for any reason the movie of your choice does not get completed then we will contact you so that you can pick another movie to jump on board of.

What is the Producer’s Lounge?

A "Member's Only" section of the interactive community where you have access to Directors, Actors/Actresses, Crew Members, Raw Footage, Scripts, and more.

Will you email my Order Confirmation?

Yes. We will automatically send you an order confirmation by email to the address you provide when you place the order. In addition, when you order is shipped, we will send you a second confirmation that includes the shipment information.
