It seems as if the majority of the general public are confused as to what this job entails. Fortunately for you, we found just the right person to shed some light on this oh-so-important job. Matt is going to talk about his job functions as a producer- the good, the bad, and the ugly! You'll learn that a big-budget movie producer differs greatly from a producer for low-budget independent films, but that's NOT always a bad thing! Want some tips on how to nail a casting call? Matt has sat through and judged countless casting calls for movies and television. So if you're wondering why you didn't get a callback those past couple times, Matt can give you an inside scoop on what casting director's look for. Matt also owns an acting school called Santa Monica Intensive. It is located at Envision Studios in Santa Monica, CA. About Matt Shadow: Matt is a Producer with over 8 years experience in the Entertainment Industry with a background of business and marketing in film. Matt has also studied acting with Jeff Goldblum and legendary acting coach Richard Brander. He has worked behind the scenes in commercial casting with Payless and is currently in post production on a short film starring Whit Hertford, Matt L. Jones and Nora Kirkpatrick.
